Year 3 Teacher – Full-Time Role | Withington
Start Date: January 2026
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Withington to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher for a full-time position beginning in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 3 pupils
  • Assess and track pupil progress, offering clear and constructive feedback
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and reflective practice

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Year 3 or other Key Stage 2 classes
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to differentiate learning to support a range of abilities
  • Solid understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
  • Confident use of technology to enhance learning
