Primary Teacher – Wimborne Area
Location: Wimborne, Dorset
Salary: £120 – £140 per day
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (with potential for long-term/permanent placement)
Start Date: September 2025 (earlier start available for the right candidate)

Teaching Personnel is currently working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in the Wimborne area, seeking a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to make a real impact in a supportive learning environment.

The Role:

  • Full classroom responsibilities, including planning, teaching, assessment, and classroom management.
  • Delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports pupils' learning and development.
  • Working closely with other staff, parents, and carers to support pupils’ academic and personal growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential.
  • Experience teaching in UK primary schools.
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
