Year 6 Intervention Teacher
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Year 6 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the M45 area. This role offers an immediate start after Easter, providing an excellent opportunity for a confident practitioner ready to step into a supportive environment where staff work collaboratively to ensure every child succeeds. This position is available on a part-time basis, afternoons ideally between 3-5 per week.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 6 class during this crucial stage of the academic year, delivering high‑quality lessons that deepen understanding across the KS2 curriculum while preparing pupils effectively for their upcoming SATs. The school values a nurturing, child‑centred approach and is looking for someone with proven experience delivering targeted SATS interventions, raising attainment, and supporting pupils of mixed abilities to achieve their full potential. A strong ability to create an engaging and structured learning environment is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
