Are you a passionate and committed Primary Teacher who believes every child deserves the opportunity to succeed?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and resilient Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team at our specialist SEN school. Our school provides a nurturing and structured environment for pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and complex learning difficulties.
About the Role:
You will:
- Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Use positive behaviour strategies to support pupils’ emotional regulation and development
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families
- Monitor progress and celebrate every success, no matter how small
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
- Is patient, adaptable, and nurturing
- Has strong classroom management skills
- Is committed to inclusive education and safeguarding

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
