Primary Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and resilient Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team at our specialist SEN school. Our school provides a nurturing and structured environment for pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and complex learning difficulties.

About the Role:

You will:

• Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Use positive behaviour strategies to support pupils’ emotional regulation and development
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families
• Monitor progress and celebrate every success, no matter how small

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
• Is patient, adaptable, and nurturing
• Has strong classroom management skills
• Is committed to inclusive education and safeguarding

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
