Year 3 Teacher – Full-Time Position in Sale

Start Date: January
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Teaching Personnel is proud to be working with a welcoming primary school in Sale, seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team from January. This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified teacher to inspire and support pupils as they progress through Key Stage 2.

Your Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to share best practices
  • Support pupils’ social and emotional development alongside academic growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
  • Ability to differentiate teaching for diverse learning needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
