Year 3 Teacher – Full-Time Position | Sale

Start Date: September
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Sale, currently seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to make a meaningful impact as pupils transition into Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the KS2 national curriculum
  • Monitor, assess, and support pupil progress effectively
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and senior leadership to enhance teaching and learning
  • Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic growth

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Effective classroom management and organisational skills
  • Ability to differentiate teaching to meet diverse learning needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
