 Position: Primary Teacher, Key Stage 2 and 3

 Location: Redruth, Cornwall

 Contract: Part-Time

 Salary: £168.80 - £232.57 Per day

About The Role

Teaching Personnel is seeking an exceptional educator to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality, pupil-centred education. This school has small groups of pupils who benefit from a personalised  teaching style. The curriculum is based around being adventurous, flexible and meaningful, covering academic progress, personal growth, and life skills.

What we’re Looking For

  • A teacher who understands behaviour as communication and prioritises emotional safety
  • Someone who can adapt learning, reduce barriers, and celebrate every milestone
  • Creativity, responsiveness, and innovation in planning and teaching
  • Experience in either mainstream or specialist settings (primary or secondary phase)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
