Your Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, engaging lessons aligned with the Year 4 curriculum
• Track and assess pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and senior leaders to drive pupil achievement
• Stay up-to-date with best practices through ongoing CPD

What We’re Looking For

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (Year 4 preferred)
✔ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
✔ Ability to adapt teaching for diverse learning needs
✔ Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
✔ Confident use of technology to enhance learning
