Full-Time Teacher
Location: Okehampton, Devon
Pay: £120–£150 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate)

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Teacher to work across a range of our partner schools in Okehampton and the surrounding areas. We have strong partnerships with local schools and trusts, allowing us to offer consistent, long-term opportunities for committed educators.

This is an excellent opportunity for teachers looking for a stable, full-time role where they can make a meaningful impact and become part of a supportive school community.

As a Full-Time Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2

  • Take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessment

  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN and SEMH

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching within primary settings (EYFS, KS1, KS2)

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • A proactive, reliable, and committed approach to full-time teaching

  • A genuine passion for supporting pupil progress and development
