Job Title: Full-Time Teachers – EYFS, Primary & Secondary
Location: Plymouth
Start Date: ASAP / Flexible Start Dates
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term | Temp-to-Perm | Permanent Opportunities

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a number of partner schools across Plymouth to recruit committed and enthusiastic Full-Time Teachers.

We are currently supporting schools across EYFS, Primary and Secondary settings, offering opportunities including long-term supply, temporary-to-permanent placements and permanent teaching positions.

This is an excellent opportunity for teachers seeking stable full-time roles, supportive school environments, and the chance to make a real impact on pupils’ learning and development.


The Role

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Plan, prepare and assess pupil progress
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, school leadership and parents
• Maintain strong classroom management and high expectations for pupils


Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within UK schools (desirable)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A passion for supporting pupils’ learning and development
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
