Year 3 Teacher – Full-Time

Are you a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher looking to make a real impact as pupils transition into Key Stage 2?
Teaching Personnel is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Cullompton.


About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support pupils’ academic progress, confidence, and independence during this key stage of their learning.


Key Details

  • Start Date: 20th April

  • Location: Cullompton, Devon

  • Contract: Full-time (part-time considered)

  • Pay: M1–M6 DOE (paid weekly)

  • Employer: Teaching Personnel


What You’ll Do

  • Plan and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned Year 3 lessons

  • Support pupils as they transition from KS1 to KS2

  • Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities and needs

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment

  • Assess pupil progress and provide clear, constructive feedback

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

  • Uphold safeguarding and child welfare at all times


What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome

  • Understanding of the KS2 curriculum (Year 3 experience desirable)

  • Positive, nurturing, and consistent classroom approach

  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
