Job Description
As a Year 3 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum

Supporting pupils through the KS1–KS2 transition with a nurturing yet structured approach

Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

Differentiating learning to meet a range of abilities and needs
-
Assessing pupil progress and providing clear, constructive feedback
-
Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
-
Taking part in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Experience teaching KS2 is desirable, though ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply

Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills

A passion for helping children develop academically and personally
