Primary School Teachers Wanted in Lymington
Teaching Personnel is looking for passionate and qualified Primary School Teachers to join schools in the Lymington area. If you love inspiring children and helping them reach their full potential, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the role:
As a primary school teacher, you will:

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that engage children across different subjects
-
Support the personal and academic development of pupils aged 4–11 years
-
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to children, parents, and school leaders
-
Work closely with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
-
Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive atmosphere for all pupils
Who we’re looking for:
-
Qualified teachers with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
-
Experience teaching primary-aged children, ideally across key stages 1 and 2
-
Strong communication and organisational skills
-
Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable with a genuine passion for teaching and learning
-
Able to contribute positively to school life beyond the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
