Year 4 Teacher Wanted – Full-Time Position in Longsight (Immediate Start)

Teaching Personnel is excited to partner with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Longsight that’s looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team. This full-time role (8:30 am – 3:30 pm) is available immediately for the right candidate.

Your Role:

  • Plan, deliver, and adapt engaging lessons tailored for Year 4 students
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support
  • Cultivate an inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to share best practices and ideas
  • Commit to ongoing professional development to continually enhance your teaching skills

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Year 4 or within Key Stage 2
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
  • Ability to differentiate lessons to meet diverse pupil needs
  • Good knowledge of the national curriculum and current teaching methods
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using technology to support learning
