We’re looking for a Primary Teacher who loves seeing young minds grow — but also values balance, creativity, and breathing space in their week.
Location: Fordingbridge
Role: Full-time
Pay: £500–£700 per week

What You’ll Be Doing
- Bringing the curriculum to life in a way that’s fun, engaging, and inclusive for all abilities.
- Planning lessons that work for you as well as your learners — flexible, structured, and manageable.
- Collaborating with supportive colleagues who share your passion for teaching and wellbeing.
- Promoting equality, diversity, and kindness in everything you do.
What You’ll Need
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Experience managing a classroom and tailoring lessons for a range of abilities.
- An enhanced Enhanced DBS (on the update service) or be willing to obtain one through Teaching Personnel.
- Two solid references covering the last 24 months.
If you can also communicate clearly, delegate effectively, and keep a sense of humour — you’ll fit right in.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
