Year 4 Teacher – Full-Time Role in Clayton

Location: Clayton
Start Date: November 2025
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Teaching Personnel is delighted to be supporting a warm, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school in Clayton in their search for a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team this November.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to Year 4 pupils
  • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere
  • Working closely with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning outcomes
  • Participating in CPD opportunities and contributing to the wider school community

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to differentiate effectively to support all learners
  • Sound knowledge of current curriculum and educational practices
  • Confident use of technology to enrich learning experiences
  • Effective behaviour management and classroom leadership

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2 (ECTs with relevant placements are welcome to apply)
