Job title: Primary Supply Teacher
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £157.66
Start date: October 2023
Due to the ongoing high demand in schools, Teaching Personnel are seeking hard working and passionate Teachers to cover a variety of different roles in Primary schools in Cardiff for September 2023.
The roles will include short term sickness, PPA and course cover and long-term maternity/ paternity, long term sickness or year contracts.
As a supply teacher you will be expected to be adaptable and flexible when placed into different schools and year groups across EYFS, Foundation phase and Key stage 2 however we will work to place you into your preference and where you are most experienced.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in Foundation phase and Key Stage 2
- Excellent behaviour management
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum in Wales
- Ability to use ICT in both teaching and administration.
- An enhanced DBS check registered on the update service.
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
- Provide two successful teaching references.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
