Location: NP12, Caerphilly
Start Date: September
Position Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Daily Rate: £166.32

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting an enthusiastic and skilled Primary Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming school community in the NP12 area this September. This is a fantastic chance to make a real impact in the classroom and support pupils on their educational journey.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum.

  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment that nurtures pupil growth.

  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.

  • Promote positive behaviour and foster a respectful classroom culture.

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure pupil success.

  • Participate in staff meetings, CPD sessions, and whole-school initiatives.


✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.

  • Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.

  • Strong classroom management skills and a proactive teaching approach.

  • A commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for all learners.

  • A valid enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
