Primary Teacher

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking experienced Teachers and ECTs to join our team and work in several schools in the Boston area on both short-term and long-term assignments. If you are a dedicated and adaptable educator with recent experience in primary curriculum delivery, we might have the ideal position for you!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Delivering the curriculum effectively to a class of 30 students.
• Creating imaginative and interactive lessons to engage students.
• Monitoring, documenting, and reporting on student achievement, growth, and progress.
• Ensuring an inclusive education for students with SEN and EAL backgrounds.
• Collaborating with school leadership to enhance academic performance and school standards.
• Actively participating in extracurricular programs and attending school events to enrich the school culture.
• Building strong relationships with parents to maintain open communication between home and school.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrates a genuine interest in child development and education.
• Possesses a good understanding of the relevant curriculum.
• Exhibits strong leadership qualities.
• Has experience working with students with SEN and EAL requirements.
• Displays a positive and proactive attitude.
