Teaching Personnel is currently seeking experienced Teachers and ECTs to join our team and work in several schools in the Boston area on both short-term and long-term assignments. If you are a dedicated and adaptable educator with recent experience in primary curriculum delivery, we might have the ideal position for you!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Delivering the curriculum effectively to a class of 30 students.
- Creating imaginative and interactive lessons to engage students.
- Monitoring, documenting, and reporting on student achievement, growth, and progress.
- Ensuring an inclusive education for students with SEN and EAL backgrounds.
- Collaborating with school leadership to enhance academic performance and school standards.
- Actively participating in extracurricular programs and attending school events to enrich the school culture.
- Building strong relationships with parents to maintain open communication between home and school.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrates a genuine interest in child development and education.
- Possesses a good understanding of the relevant curriculum.
- Exhibits strong leadership qualities.
- Has experience working with students with SEN and EAL requirements.
- Displays a positive and proactive attitude.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
