Primary Teacher (KS1 or KS2) – September Start – Basingstoke
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a specialist educational setting in the Basingstoke area this September. The school provides a supportive and inclusive environment for pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to achieve both academically and socially. The school caters to children with a primary diagnosis of Autism (ASC), sometimes with additional SEMH needs.
This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a teacher with experience in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, who is passionate about making a positive difference in a nurturing and well-resourced school environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Have experience teaching in KS1 or KS2

Demonstrate a strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices

Be committed to fostering a supportive and high-quality learning environment

Be a team player who is flexible, reflective, and enthusiastic about professional growth
Requirements:

A valid DBS certificate for the child workforce, or willingness to obtain one prior to starting

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

A passion for helping children with additional needs to succeed
