Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Lead - Barking and Dagenham

The PWR team are searching for an inspiring and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Lead for a welcoming primary school in Barking and Dagenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate early years practitioner to lead a vibrant team and shape the foundational learning experiences for young children.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the EYFS team, overseeing the curriculum, ensuring high-quality provision, and maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment. You will play a key role in assessing children's development, engaging with parents, and ensuring compliance with EYFS statutory frameworks. Experience in a leadership capacity within EYFS is essential.

We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of early childhood development and a commitment to creating a nurturing and exciting start to children's education. This role offers a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for the right candidate. This role is on the Outer London pay scale.
