We are looking for a Fully Qualified Primary Teacher to take on an Supply cover position in a ‘Good’ Primary school located near Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.

The school are ideally looking for a teacher with a minimum of 2 years experience teaching – making the role quite accessible to those who hold Qualified Teacher Status. The position is due to start in September and is set to run on a flexible basis for a term initially, with the opportunity of being extended further, as well as having the potential of going permanent.

Successful applicants will be expected to work part time, 3 days a week, teaching classes in both KS1 and KS2 with the additional support of a qualified Teaching Assistant in each class who will be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and maintaining their focus on set work.

Ideal applicants will also be required to:

  • Support children with challenging behaviour
  • Have their own transport
  • Have a professional level of classroom management skills
  • Possess Extensive knowledge of the curriculum
  • Be able to motivate and encourage primary school children to learn
  • Engage and motivate pupils by making classes interactive and stimulating

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
