Primary Supply Teacher – September 2025
Location: Southampton, SO14
Start date: September 2025
Daily rate: £120 – £180
Teaching Personnel are looking for flexible and committed Primary Supply Teachers to support schools in the Southampton area from September 2025.
This role gives you the chance to experience a variety of classrooms and schools while maintaining a healthy work–life balance. Whether you are seeking full-time supply or just a few days a week, we can match opportunities to suit your lifestyle.
The role:
-
Delivering lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
-
Following the class teacher’s planning and ensuring continuity of learning
-
Managing behaviour in line with each school’s policies
-
Supporting pupils with different learning needs, including SEND
-
Providing feedback to school staff at the end of the day
About you:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
-
Recent classroom teaching experience (KS1 or KS2)
-
Strong behaviour management skills
-
Adaptability and a positive approach to new environments
-
ECTs are welcome to apply and gain valuable experience across different schools

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
