Teaching Assistant – Llanelli
Part-time & Full-time | Immediate & Ongoing Roles

You’ll be working closely with children who benefit from patience, consistency, encouragement, and creativity — making learning feel achievable, engaging, and fun.

- Care or Support Work- Adults or Children
Childcare/ Care qualifications (Level 2 or 3) are highly desirable, but attitude and enthusiasm matter just as much.
What you’ll actually be doing
This is a hands-on, active role where no two days look the same:
- Supporting children 1:1 or in small groups
- Helping pupils stay engaged, regulated, and motivated
- Using creativity, movement, and positivity to support learning
- Balancing fun with structure
- Supporting children with emotional, behavioural, or learning needs
- Being a calm, encouraging presence in the classroom
We’re looking for people who can hit the ground running, build rapport quickly and help take strain off the class Teacher .

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
