Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant – Short & Long-Term Opportunities (SA31, Carmarthenshire)
Teaching Personnel is working with a primary school in the area of Carmarthenshire to recruit a Teaching Assistant for behaviour support, available on both a short-term and long-term basis.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, proactive individual who is confident supporting pupils with behavioural needs and helping them stay engaged in learning. You’ll be working closely with class teachers and other support staff to provide consistent, positive behaviour support throughout the school day.
The ideal candidate will be:

Proactive, resilient, and confident supporting behaviour needs

Hands-on and willing to get involved in all aspects of school life

Experienced (or keen to gain experience) working with challenging behaviour
-
Calm, patient, and able to build positive relationships with pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
