Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting class teachers and enhancing the learning experience for the pupils. You will work closely with small groups and individual students, helping them achieve their academic goals and encouraging their personal development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about education and eager to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom activities and assist in delivering the curriculum.
- Work with individual students or small groups to provide tailored assistance.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in preparing classroom materials and resources.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- A passion for education and a desire to inspire young minds.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
