Salary: £140 – £200 per day (depending on experience and role)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher looking for your next role in High Wycombe?
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed teachers to work across a range of fantastic local primary schools. We have opportunities for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are eager to make a difference in the classroom.


About the Role

We are offering a variety of placements, including:

  • Day-to-day supply teaching

  • Long-term and fixed-term contracts

  • Intervention and booster teaching roles

  • Full-time class teacher positions

You’ll be joining supportive, forward-thinking schools that value creativity, teamwork, and a genuine passion for helping pupils thrive.


What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and learning

  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills

  • Ability to inspire, motivate and engage young learners

  • An up-to-date Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
