Primary Class Teacher

Teacher Required – September 2026 (Full Academic Year)

Oaklands Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join our welcoming school community from September 2026 for a full academic year.

We are ideally looking for a teacher with experience across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold qualified teacher status (QTS)
• Have previous teaching experience in primary education
• Be confident teaching across KS1 and KS2
• Hold an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new one
• Be able to provide valid documentation to complete the Teaching Personnel vetting process

The recruitment process will include:

• An initial interview
• A trial lesson or school-based trial
• Successful completion of all safeguarding and vetting checks through Teaching Personnel

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
