Primary Class Teacher – Kingsteignton & Surrounding Areas
£120–£150 per day | Full-time

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a range of friendly and supportive primary schools in Kingsteignton and the surrounding areas who are seeking a Primary Class Teacher to work on a full-time basis.

This role is ideal for a passionate and adaptable teacher who enjoys delivering high-quality learning across the primary age range. The position would suit both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to build confidence and experience in local schools.

The role:

  • Full-time class teaching across primary year groups

  • Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons

  • Creating a positive and well-managed classroom environment

  • Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff

  • Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Primary classroom teaching experience (including placements)

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • A flexible, enthusiastic and professional approach

  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
