Supporting learning through sensory play, music, movement and more
-
Helping with personal care, including toileting, feeding and changing

Using communication tools like symbols, switches or signs
-
Working closely with teachers, therapists and support staff
-
Keeping calm, consistent and positive – even on tough days
What we’re looking for:
-
Some experience with SEND, care or support work (doesn’t have to be in a school)
-
Someone who’s reliable, kind and good at staying calm under pressure
-
Willingness to support with personal care and manual handling (training provided)
-
A team player who’s happy to take direction and pitch in wherever needed
-
A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
What you’ll get:
-
A flexible role during term time only, with options for full time or part time
-
Daily pay between £90 and £110, depending on experience
-
Full support from staff who genuinely care
-
Ongoing training and a chance to build a long-term career in SEND
