Performing Arts Teacher – Teesside
Location: Teesside
Start Date: from September 2025
Pay: Paid to Scale (MPS/UPS)
Teaching Personnel are seeking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Performing Arts Teacher. This is a role involves full classroom responsibilities, including planning, preparation and marking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Performing Arts lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan, prepare and assess in line with curriculum requirements
- Support the development of students' creativity, confidence and performance skills
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and productions
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Has experience teaching Performing Arts in a secondary school setting
- Is confident managing behaviour and creating an engaging classroom environment
- Can commit to full teaching responsibilities, including planning and marking

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
