Full time PE teaching role in Farnborough to cover a long term sickness
Teaching Personnel are currently working with a small secondary school in Farnborough to provide a teacher of PE for the foreseeable future to cover the absence of a teacher currently unable to work due to sickness. The school is under new leadership this academic year who is making wide scale changes to the school in order to ensure that the school improves rapidly over the next few years.
The Department is staffed by fun and friendly teachers who collaborate regularly to ensure best practise is shared including behaviour management, lessons resources and sporting knowledge. This ensures a strong bond within the department, and as such they are keen to appoint a teacher who is motivated and passionate about this role, the school ethos and the students in their care.
This role is suitable for an NQT of PE and you will be supported during the period of time you are in the school by the schools NQT mentor.
The students at the school are friendly and passionate about learning and have very few behavioural needs, as highlighted by the most recent Ofsted, showing that the students have pride in their school, and are respectful and calm in class and around school.
