The school has a focus on helping students to fulfil their potential to go on to a diverse range of further education and work opportunities. Staff at the School may on occasion have development opportunities within the Academy Trust which includes working with the sister Girls' School and Enterprise Studio.

THE ROLE: 5 days per week, PE Teaching position, this is a great opportunity for a highly motivated PE specialist to deliver an engaging and challenging curriculum that inspires children to appreciate PE and develop an interest in maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. You will organise and run extra-curricular activities, sports clubs/events and help to ensure that the school's vision of high standards, academic and extracurricular achievement is upheld.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must hold a UK recognised teaching qualification, i.e. BSc QTS, BA QTS, CERT ED, PGCE, B.Ed

Previous UK teaching experience - Secondary PE teaching

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
