PE Teacher

Teaching Personnel are working with a school based in Birmingham, with excellent transport links who are looking for a qualified teacher of PE.

The Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced PE Teacher to provide cover for the full academic year with the possibility of a permanent role, teaching PE to the girls within the school. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Physical Education lessons.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess, record, and report on student progress.
• Contribute to the development of the PE curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues on extracurricular activities.
• Adapt to the evolving needs of the school.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• QTS
• Strong subject knowledge in Physical Education.
• Experience teaching PE at the secondary level.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A passion for promoting physical activity and well-being.
• Flexibility and adaptability for potential extension.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
