Salary: £77 - £90 daily rate.
Do you have experience working in schools or young people with various SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) needs? Are you looking for paid work to increase your teacher training experience and application? Our workforce partner schools in and around Leeds are currently looking for a pool of Behaviour Support Teaching Assistants to help support students with behavioural and emotional needs throughout the new term.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organised and bring a real passion for education and behaviour support to the classroom.
As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you could be preparing tailored classroom resources, supporting students with SEMH and running 1:1 and small group sessions.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working with young people with SEMH and behavioural needs.
- Be proactive and organised.
- Have a passion and drive for education.
- Work well in a team.
- Be confident in supporting students 1:1.
Additionally, candidates must also be UK residents, living in the country for at least 6 months, with valid Right to Work documents and relevant qualifications.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
