Pastoral Assistant

• Full-time, 8:30am-15:30pm
• SEN-provisioned school supporting pupils ages 11-16

Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint a passionate and supportive pastoral assistant to support pupils with complex needs in Northamptonshire (NN14).

The role:

• Enhance the physical, social and emotional needs of pupils with complex needs
• Understand the developmental needs of children 
• Create care plans for children with additional needs
• Support pupils in the classroom and adapt lessons where necessary

Requirements:

• Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
• Have an overseas criminal clearance or willing to apply for one
• Have a child enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
• Previous or relevant experience working with SEND children
• Minimum of three months UK residency
• We do not accept those on skilled worker visas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
