Job Title: Part Time KS1 Teacher

Location:

Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Leeds

Job Type:

Temporary role with expected part-time hours

Salary:

£140 - £180 per day

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to Key Stage 1 students
  • Plan and prepare lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to enhance student learning

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Prior experience teaching Key Stage 1 students

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education

Working Conditions:

This role involves working part-time hours in a school setting, collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
