Are you a fully-qualified Teacher looking to reduce your hours for a better work-life balance? Part-time teaching is for you!

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to a Key Stage 1 class, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.

Position: KS1 Teacher (Part-Time)
Location: Burnley
Start Date: Monday 1st September 2025
Salary: £120 - £140 to begin with. Long-term roles will then be paid in line with the M-Scale of the role, resulting in a pay rise after 12 working weeks.

We are looking for someone who:

-          Is passionate about early primary education and child development

-          Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

-          Demonstrates a nurturing and creative approach to teaching

-          Has strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment methods

-          Works well collaboratively with colleagues and parents

-          Is committed to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
