Part-Time French Teacher - Huntingdon

Teaching Personnel are proud to be working with a developing school to seek a passionate French Teacher due to maternity leave.

This position is part-time (2 days per week).

The role is long-term, with the opportunity of becoming permanent through an introduction with Teaching Personnel.

Our partner school provides excellent support and training to employees and requires a Newly Qualified, Fully Qualified or Overseas Trained Teacher to plan and deliver GCSE French lessons to pupils in line with the national curriculum. The school also has excellent IT resources including interactive whiteboards, to support teachers in delivering the good quality of education each pupil deserves.

Duties will include:

• Managing a class size of between 30-35 students.
• Teaching, planning and marking
• Occasional French trips may require your attendance and support to organise
• Report to and meet with the Head of Department

The successful applicant will have QTS and excellent knowledge of GCSE French.

Due to the location of the school, it is desirable that you have your own transport.
