Teaching Personnel is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and passionate Teaching Assistant to join an extraordinary outdoor education school nestled in 18 acres of stunning land in the BS9 area. This isn’t your typical classroom job – think fresh air, farm animals, vegetable gardens, open skies, and small, supportive class groups where you can truly make an impact.
About the School:
This Steiner-inspired school caters to children aged 9–16 with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, including autism. Their approach is all about hands-on learning – from farming and gardening to arts and crafts – creating a nurturing and engaging environment that celebrates every child’s individuality.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
