Outdoor Behaviour Specialist

Teaching personnel are looking to recruit a teaching assistant/learning mentor to work with children who need additional support. These children are not currently in mainstream educaiton and need someone to work on a 1:1 or small group basis.
The chosen candidate will need experience of working/supporting children with SEN in or out of education.
It is desired that the candidate has previous expereince of working with children in or out of education. The candidate would have experience of working with behaviour and knows different behaviour management approaches and techniques that they would be able to support the role.
These roles may require you to go out on different activities with the children to engage them with different curriculum based learning set out for their individual needs. This requires the candidates to be able to drive with access to their own vehicle.
A DBS in Child workforce only is required for this role and we ask for it to be on the Update service. If you do not currently have a DBS then we can support you through the process.
