Are you a qualified Teacher with SEN or SEMH experience? Do you have a passion for working with pupils who are harder to reach or have additional needs? Or can you differentiate work effectively and deliver engaging lessons?
Teaching Personnel work closely with a secondary school in Benfleet Essex, which provides education for KS2 - 4 pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD, ODD and challenging behaviours. We are recruiting for a SEN speciailist teacher to support students within their learning and development.
The role will require you to deliver a range of subjects, but where possible, the school will play to your strengths and assist you with any planning and preparation. The candidate suited to this role will have experience working with pupils who have additional needs and / or challenging behaviours. Be looking for a role specifically working within the nurture department of a school where you will often be working with vulnerable students and students with mental health difficulties. You must also be flexible, adaptable, resilient and have a good sense of humour!
