An 'outstanding' school are looking for a level 3 qualified teaching assistant to work as a full-time Learning support assistant to work in their nursery Classroom. The school is situated near Crawley and is looking for a full-time LSA to work with small groups, supporting the teacher.

The right candidate will be taken onto permanant contract. It is Mon to Friday, 40 hours per week. The school are looking to appoint someone asap so an enhanced child only DBS is essential.

In order to be considered for this role you must have:

  • Level 3 CACHE in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong candidates who don’t hold a level 3 qualification will be considered
  • Good behaviour management skills
  • The confidence to work 1:1 with an SEN needs child.
  • A pro-active attitude to your role with the motivation and skill to plan activities
  • The ability to adapt quickly
