Level 3 Nursery Nurse – Full-Time Role Starting September

Location: Hounslow
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time

Teaching Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming nursery setting in Hounslow that is seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join their team full-time from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated childcare professional to support early learning and development in a supportive and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high standard of care and education in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

  • Plan and deliver creative and stimulating activities to promote child development

  • Observe, monitor and record children’s progress accurately

  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents and staff

  • Maintain a safe, inclusive and well-organised environment

  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety and behaviour management policies at all times

Requirements:

  • A full and recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education

  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A professional, reliable and nurturing approach
