Level 3 Nursery Nurse – Full-Time Role Starting September
Location: Hounslow
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Start Date: September 2025

Teaching Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming nursery setting in Hounslow that is seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join their team full-time from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated childcare professional to support early learning and development in a supportive and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide a high standard of care and education in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
-
Plan and deliver creative and stimulating activities to promote child development
-
Observe, monitor and record children’s progress accurately
-
Foster positive relationships with children, parents and staff
-
Maintain a safe, inclusive and well-organised environment
-
Follow safeguarding, health and safety and behaviour management policies at all times
Requirements:
-
A full and recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
-
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
-
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
A professional, reliable and nurturing approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
