About the Role:

As a Level 2 Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in supporting children’s development through engaging activities, providing a safe and stimulating environment, and working closely with a friendly and experienced team. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with both children and their families, helping each child reach their full potential.

✨ Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment

  • Observe, record, and report on children’s progress

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents

  • Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development

  • Promote a positive and inclusive setting


✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)

  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred)

  • A warm, caring, and patient personality

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

  • A team player with a passion for working with children
