Are you passionate about childcare and nurturing young minds? We're looking for dedicated Nursery Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive team at one of our partner nurseries in Exeter. If you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in EYFS Practitioner or Childcare, we want to hear from you!
Position: Nursery Assistant (Temporary to Permanent)
Location: Teaching Personnel Partner Nursery, Exeter
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £100 - £115 per day
About the Role:
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young children. Your duties will include supporting daily routines, encouraging learning through play, and ensuring the highest standards of care and wellbeing.
This role begins on a temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Requirements:

Valid Level 2/3 qualification in EYFS Practitioner or Childcare

Genuine passion for early years education

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A positive, proactive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
