Are you a qualified Early Years practitioner looking for a fresh start or more flexibility in your working week?

We’re working with a number of nurseries across Blackpool who are looking for Level 3 Nursery Assistants to join their teams. Whether you’re looking for consistent hours or a mix of settings to build experience, we’ll help you find the right fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting children’s learning through play and structured activities
• Helping with daily routines, snack times, and outdoor play
• Encouraging emotional, social and physical development
• Assisting with observations and progress tracking
• Working closely with room leaders and other staff to deliver the EYFS

What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• Experience in a nursery or childcare setting (paid or voluntary)
• A warm, patient and hands-on approach
• Confidence working within the EYFS and safeguarding guidelines
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children
