NQT Required for North Manchester School- September Start.

Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a Newly qualified Teacher on behalf of a client school in North Manchester.

The school are looking for a Teacher to work within lower Key Stage two from September for the full academic year. The school have stated that all the required documentation for the NQT year will be signed off for the successful candidate.

The school in inner City Manchester is two form entry with the assistant Head Teacher also being based in lower Key Stage two and she will mentor the successful candidate through the year.

In the school there is a high percentage of EAL pupils as well as a number of Special Educational Needs pupils within each Year group. All SEN pupils with EHCP's have a specialist Teaching Assistant working with them. Due to the different ability groups within the class some of the children are performing at a lower level and still require intervention with Phonics so knowledge of Phonics would be desirable for the successful candidate.

The school are looking for a passionate Teacher who is looking for progression within the Teaching profession and someone who is highly enthusiastic with a great understanding of the curriculum.

Having recently been graded 'Good' by OFSTED the school and its supportive SLT are looking to further progress next academic year towards Outstanding.
