Are you a passionate individual, looking to work with SEN pupils and support them to overcome barriers to education such as Anxiety and Mental Health?

This vacancy is open to Fully Qualified Teachers, Tutors, Graduates, Cover supervisors, Supply Teachers and those with any other previous teaching experience.

If so, apply to work with us today! We are actively recruiting for several long-term tutoring positions available at one of our partner schools local to Northampton. The school will be hoping to take the successful candidates onto a long term contract, to work with their most vulnerable students.

Together with the education provider, we are seeking keen and motivated individuals, who are willing to make a difference form the get go. If you are looking to begin or continue their career within teaching, this could be the role for you!

If successful, you will be working with pupils between the ages of 5-16 years as part of a very supportive and welcoming team who work hard to encourage and support the learning and development of pupils in their school. We have recently had a few members of staff start work at the school, all say how friendly and welcoming the team were!

The pupils you will work with all have either SEMH and/or autism, which means you will need to manage very challenging and disruptive behaviours on a regular basis.

Teaching Personnel can offer you a wide range of CPD courses in SEN, to support you in your career. Courses include Teaching Assistant Diplomas, Child Psychology and Understanding Autism.
