NQT jobs for September 2020

• Secondary – maths or English
• SEN school for moderate learning difficulties
• Based in Bromley

Teaching Personnel is supporting a secondary SEN school in Bromley to recruit teachers for September, and the school is open to employing an NQT to fill at least one of their positions in either English or maths.

Please note: you must hold a qualification that awards QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

The details of the role are as follows:

• Full time teaching either maths or English across KS3 and KS4
• Your timetable will include PPA sessions
• You will have an NQT mentor assigned to you and weekly review meetings
• You will begin in September 2020 through the agency, however you will have the opportunity to transfer onto a permanent role with the school after Christmas, assuming you are on track to pass your NQT year
• You will be eligible to take part in all INSET training days at the school, and Teaching Personnel can offer online CPD courses in preparation for September

Experience of teaching students with SEN is essential – ideally you will have taught students with autism, and have an understanding of the challenges that teaching students with autism can bring.
