About the Role

As a Newly Qualified Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, with guidance from experienced staff
  • Support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
  • Build strong, positive relationships with your class
  • Use feedback and reflection to develop your teaching practice
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and colleagues to help every child succeed

Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from NQTs who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are awaiting confirmation after completing training
  • Have a genuine passion for teaching and learning
  • Are adaptable, resilient, and open to feedback
  • Want to grow their confidence and classroom skills in a supportive environment

Requirements

Teaching Personnel can guide you through obtaining:

  • Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
  • Two professional references

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
